Terms and Conditions of Little Milestones Photography
Session Fee is payable by the Client on the day of the session. Payment for prints and products must be paid at the time of order placement. Payments can be made by cash, card or bank transfer.
If Little Milestones Photography has to cancel the appointment, an alternative date will be offered where possible.
Where not possible, Little Milestones Photography's liability shall be limited to a full refund of any deposit.
In the case of client cancellations, an alternative date will be offered where possible, but cannot be guaranteed. Refund of deposit will not be given in the case of a cancellation notified less than 7 days from the date of the session.
Little Milestones Photography will store the Client's name, contact details and session information privately and will not share these with any other business or organisation.
Little Milestones Photography is granted total artistic control over the final image.
Depending on print size requested, some cropping of an image may occur. Little Milestones Photography will advise the Client if a particular print size ordered is unsuitable for the photograph in question and advise of the next
best size. No extra cost will be incurred by the client for same.
The Client recognises that Little Milestones Photography may use any of the session images for business promotion, photography competitions, instructional purposes or as work samples, including but not limited to via internet, studio display and promotionalmaterial. However, if you would prefer not to have your images used in this way this will be respected. Please advise in writing on the day of the session.
Clients have the right to tag and share any image displayed by Little Milestones Photography on social media provided that the logo of Little Milestones Photography is clearly displayed on it.
Although Little Milestones Photography will do its best to produce more proofs than discussed with the Client there is no guarantee that any particular number of proofs will be produced as each session is different and unique to each client.
The Client may not alter or add to or manipulate a picture by means of computer or any other technique or reproduce an image in whole or in part as an element within, or as a montage with, another image without Little Milestones Photography giving permission.
Little Milestones Photography will end the session at their discretion when it is determined that adequate images in terms of quality and quantity have been captured. Times given on session details is an estimate of the time a
session will take. There will be no refund or credit for unused time.
In the unlikely event that session photos are lost by means of camera or computer malfunction, before the proofs have been sent to the client, Little Milestones Photography's liability shall be limited to rescheduling and reshooting of photos. In addition, Little Milestones Photography will offer extra prints as compensation for the inconvenience.
The copyright of all images remains with Little Milestones Photography. The Client is permitted to reproduce their digitally purchased images for personal use only (i.e. not to sell on in any way for profit or for competition
entry).
Little Milestones Photography cannot be held responsible for the quality of
print/products provided by a third party. However, Little Milestones Photography can recommend printing services that are of high quality.
Vouchers are non transferable. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. The value of the voucher will be put towards the session fee first. Prices of packages vary and are subject to change. While there is no expiry date, it is advised that you use your voucher within a reasonable amount of time.
No image may be entered into any competitions without the knowledge and consent of Little Milestones Photography.
If you want other adults included in the session or in attendance, please discuss it with Little Milestones Photography before the session.
All prices are subject to change at the discretion of Little Milestones Photography.
